ORDERS:

2.    Adding to Cart: To place an order, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Your selected items will be added to your shopping cart.
3.    Reviewing Cart: Before proceeding to checkout, review your shopping cart to ensure all the selected items are correct. You can update quantities or remove items from the cart if needed.
4.    Checkout: When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the "Checkout" button. You will be directed to the secure payment page to provide billing and shipping information.
5.    Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
6.    Order Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.

RETURNS:
We strive to provide you with the highest quality herbal teas. If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the guidelines below for returns and refunds:
"Our policy covers a 7-day return period from the date of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges beyond this timeframe.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions: It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We accept returns under the following circumstances:
1.    In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us by email within 24 hours. We will process your return application promptly. (Please provide photo proof for faster processing.)
2.    If the product arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours with photo evidence, and we will assist you with the return process.

Refunds (If Applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit/debit card company, as there might be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. Sale/Discounted Items (If Applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
